The CT Humanist and Free Thinkers Society and the Southern CT Darwin Day Committee present a science-based lecture in honor of Charles Darwin and the benefits of science in learning of the natural world. This year’s 15th annual Darwin Day event features Yale Biology Professor Vanessa Ezenwa, who will speak on animal populations’ responses to parasite and disease infections, including effects from climate change.
The event is on February 11th in Westport at the Inn at Longshore. It includes a meal. Admission fee, which includes dinner, is $69. $75 after Feb 6. For registration details, please see the website: darwindayct.org
