The Tesla supercharger location in Willington with a solar array opened last month. Luke Miles sent us the pix of the now in-service location.
There are 16 stalls here, a ground-mounted solar array and storage. These are V4, 325 kW stalls. Non-Teslas are able to charge here, as can be seen by the Rivian R1T in the photo. No magic docks – NACS adapters are required for vehicles with a CCS connector.
The base fees are $.37 per kWh for Teslas and $.50 per kWh for other vehicles.
The street address is 327 Ruby Road, Willington, CT, 06279 just off I-84. The location nicely fills a gap between superchargers in Vernon and Sturbridge, MA.
The facility is open 24/7.
